Understand how people move through your spaces

The ANALYSIT Counting System measures visitor flows in real time - anonymous and privacy-compliant. Sensors, configuration, operation and support all come from one source.

99.5% availability

Contractually guaranteed availability of the ACS platform, annual average.

730 days of history

Two full years, minute by minute. Real year-on-year comparisons instead of estimates.

Four privacy levels

You decide how much the sensor gives away at all - down to counts only.

No image leaves the sensor

There is no video anyone could request, hand over or lose.

A look inside the dashboard

Eight views from live operation. The numbers come from a real site - not from a design mock-up.

How busy is it right now

The live display shows visitors and staff at a glance how busy an area is - as a public screen at the entrance or as a tile on the intranet.

ACS public live display: 100 of 340 people in the building, 29 percent occupancy, with a note that there is enough space available

Which zone draws people - and which does not

For every area, capture rate, dwell time and engagement sit side by side. At this site the café draws the most, the entrance area the least.

ACS Zonenvergleich: neun Bereiche mit Erfassungsrate, durchschnittlicher Verweildauer und Engagement-Rate, Café als stärkste und Eingang als schwächste Zone

How long people really stay

58 seconds on average across all zones - but 157 seconds in the fitting room and 12 seconds at the entrance. Only this breakdown makes an area assessable.

ACS Auswertung der Verweildauer: 58 Sekunden im Schnitt, 38,2 Prozent Engagement, 38.737 Zonenbesuche, dazu eine Tabelle mit Verweildauer je Bereich

Where you lose visitors

Of 38,737 visits, 26,880 stay longer than five seconds, 14,803 longer than half a minute and 4,592 longer than two minutes. Each step shows where you can act.

ACS engagement funnel: of 38,737 visits, 26,880 stay longer than five seconds, 14,803 longer than half a minute and 4,592 longer than two minutes, broken down by zone

Which routes people take

ACS reconstructs the order of the zones visited. You see the most common routes, typical entry points, and where visitors leave the area again.

ACS Wegeanalyse: 367 rekonstruierte Wege, 1,6 besuchte Zonen je Besuch, dazu die häufigsten Zonenfolgen sowie typische Ein- und Ausgangspunkte

What to expect next week

The forecast looks 14 days ahead, at 92.6 percent accuracy based on 64 evaluated days. The band around the curve shows honestly how certain the prediction is.

ACS Besucherprognose: 92,6 Prozent Treffergenauigkeit, 14 Tage Prognosehorizont, Vorhersagekurve mit Konfidenzband und erkannten Wochenmustern

What your footfall actually depends on

88 percent of the variation can be explained. At this site the weekday, the weekend and the same day last week are the strongest drivers - not a black box, but a ranking.

ACS Analyse der Einflussfaktoren: 88 Prozent der Schwankung erklärbar, wichtigste Treiber sind Wochentag, Wochenende und der gleiche Tag der Vorwoche

When something gets out of hand

Thresholds per site, notification by email, SMS, WhatsApp, Slack or Teams - with a record of who received it and when.

ACS Alarmsystem: Benachrichtigung über E-Mail, SMS, WhatsApp, Slack und Microsoft Teams, dazu geplante Berichte, Trend- und Anomalie-Alarme sowie Schwellenwerte je Standort

Everything from one source - the hardware included

Most providers sell you software and leave you alone with the sensors. We are an official Xovis integrator and supply both - including everything in between.

Sensors directly from us

You buy the sensors from us and become their owner. We source exactly the models that suit your ceilings, areas and lighting.

Configuration is our job

We set up counting lines and zones, pre-configure the sensors and maintain them remotely. You need no sensor expertise in-house.

AI functions are included

Group detection, height and walking speed are usable without an extra licence. Object detection and view direction are licensable sensor extensions. We clarify up front what your sensor model can do, and set it up.

One point of contact

Support comes from us - not from a hotline abroad. Where the manufacturer is needed, we handle it directly and in the background.

Privacy that convinces the works council too

People-counting projects rarely fail on the technology. They fail on approval. That is why privacy here is not a setting, but the way the thing is built.

The processing happens inside the sensor

The sensors are embedded devices: all image processing runs on the device itself. In operation neither photos nor video streams leave the sensor - only anonymous metadata is transmitted.

You choose the privacy level

Four levels are available - up to the highest, where only anonymous counts are transmitted, with no movement information at all. You decide once; it is changed only with your explicit consent.

Pixel Lock for particularly sensitive areas

For banks, clinics and comparable environments: permanent, irreversible pixelation directly after processing in the sensor. People stay visible, but never identifiable.

Certified - and your data belongs to you

The sensors we use carry an independent ePrivacy certification and meet the GDPR and the Swiss FADP. The data collected is and remains your property.

How a movement becomes a number

The sensor measures

Two image sensors produce a 3D image. Height and position turn into a trackable object - a point on the floor, not a person.

ACS receives

The data lands in our cloud - cleanly separated per site and per customer, with its own access key for each site.

ACS computes

Every minute is stored as its own record. From that come zones, dwell time, queues, alerts and forecasts.

You decide

Live in the dashboard, in a historical comparison - or straight into your own systems through the API.

Numbers you can base a decision on

A sensor that drops out for half a day looks like a quiet day in the statistics. ACS detects that automatically: incomplete days do not enter any evaluation and are flagged in the interface.

So you always compare complete days with complete days - and a network outage on Tuesday does not distort your monthly average.

Frequently asked questions

What we are asked most often in a first conversation.

Are images or videos stored?

No. The sensors process everything on the device. No video stream and no photo is created, and no image ever leaves the sensor. Only anonymous metadata is transmitted, encrypted.

How accurately does the system count?

The Xovis sensors we use count with up to 99% accuracy according to the manufacturer, at a position accuracy of ±10 cm. Before handover we check the counting at your site against a manual count.

Is this GDPR-compliant?

Yes. The sensors are independently ePrivacy-certified, and the processing meets both the GDPR and the Swiss FADP. On top of that you choose one of four privacy levels - up to the highest, where only counts are transmitted.

Does the works council have to agree?

For plain counting, usually not, because no person is identified. If you use functions that evaluate attributes, you should involve employee representatives. We provide the documentation for that.

Who owns the data?

You do. The sensor data belongs to the customer and is not passed on to third parties.

How long is the data available?

Up to 730 days, in resolutions from one minute to a full day. That makes real year-on-year comparisons possible instead of estimates.

Who mounts the sensors?

Your own team can do it - we supply detailed instructions and remote support - or we take it on. The configuration of counting lines and zones is always done by us.

What happens if a sensor fails?

ACS detects incomplete days and flags them in the interface instead of quietly booking them as a quiet day. So a network outage on Tuesday does not distort the monthly average.

Can I pull the data into my own systems?

Yes. Through a REST API with its own key management, through webhooks, or as a CSV export. Reports can also be scheduled and arrive automatically by email.

What does it cost?

Every project is quoted individually. The scope is set by the number of sites, the number of sensors and the size of the areas. We clarify that in the free initial consultation.

See what is possible at your site

In a free initial consultation we look at your space, clarify mounting and network, and show you which metrics will help you most. After that you receive a quote with everything in it.
