   JavaScript und keine Regel je Abschnitt. scroll-margin-top an den
   Zielen einzeln waere die Alternative gewesen und haette vergessen
   werden koennen, sobald jemand einen neuen Abschnitt anlegt.

   Der Wert ist Kopfhoehe plus etwas Luft. Der Kopf traegt 20px Polsterung
   oben und unten plus Logo, macht rund 70px; unter 1024px schrumpft die
   Polsterung auf 10px. Wer den Kopf umbaut, aendert hier die Variable und
   sonst nichts.

   NACHTRAG 13.09.2026: das reichte nicht. Elementor scrollt Menue-Anker
   selbst per jQuery-Animation, und eine Animation wertet weder
   scroll-padding noch scroll-margin aus - beide wirken nur bei nativen
   Spruengen. Die eigentliche Arbeit macht deshalb assets/js/anker.js, das

   Der Grund ist nicht die FAQ selbst. Polsterung (64px / 20px), Innenbreite
   (min(100%, 1440px) / min(100%, 767px)) und Spaltenabstand (24px) stimmen
   auf beiden Seiten schon ueberein. Der Unterschied liegt eine Ebene
   darueber: auf der Startseite ist der FAQ-Abschnitt ein Abschnitt erster
   Ordnung und damit so breit wie das Fenster. Auf den Unterseiten steckt der
   ganze Seiteninhalt in einer Huelle mit max-width: 1140px, und die FAQ erbt
   diese Fesselung.

   Die Huelle zu verbreitern kam nicht in Frage - sie traegt den kompletten
   Seiteninhalt, nicht nur die FAQ. Also bricht der FAQ-Abschnitt aus ihr
   aus: volle Fensterbreite, zentriert per negativer Aussenabstaende. Alles
   Weitere (Polsterung, Innenbreite, Abstand) bleibt unangetastet, weil es
   bereits passt.

   100vw taugt dafuer nicht, es zaehlt den Rollbalken mit und der Abschnitt
   stuende rund 15px ueber. assets/js/rollbalken.js misst ihn und legt ihn
   als --rollbalken ab; ohne JavaScript faellt die Rechnung auf 0px zurueck
   und der Abschnitt ist um die Rollbalkenbreite zu breit - sichtbar, aber
   harmlos, weil html und body overflow-x: clip tragen.

   Gemessen am 14.09.2026 auf allen zwoelf Seiten: es gab genau EINE
   Kontrastschwaeche auf der ganzen Website, dafuer ueberall - weisse Schrift
   auf #049AED erreicht 3.07:1. WCAG 2.1 AA verlangt 4.5:1 fuer Fliesstext.
   Betroffen war der blaue Kasten auf beiden Startseiten, die Stapelkarten,
   das blaue Band der Fusszeile und der aktive Zustand im Mobilmenue -
   alles dieselbe Farbe, ueberall mit weisser Schrift.

   Drei Wege standen zur Wahl:

     a) Schrift dunkel setzen (#262630 auf #049AED = 4.88:1). Haette das
        Erscheinungsbild am staerksten veraendert: aus hellen Flaechen mit
        weisser Schrift werden Flaechen mit dunkler Schrift.
     b) Auf das dunkle Markenblau #014CB1 wechseln (7.87:1). Sicher, aber
        aus dem hellen Blau wird Marineblau - eine andere Anmutung.
     c) Dasselbe Blau nur so weit abdunkeln, bis es reicht.

   Gewaehlt ist c). #0378B8 hat denselben Farbton (201 Grad) und dieselbe
   Saettigung (97%) wie #049AED, nur 10 Prozentpunkte weniger Helligkeit,
   und kommt damit auf 4.79:1 - knapp ueber der Schwelle, mit Reserve.
   Nebeneinander gestellt ist der Unterschied kaum zu sehen, die Schrift
   darauf aber deutlich ruhiger.

   Die Farbe kommt aus zwei Quellen, deshalb zwei Regeln:

     1. Als Kit-Variable --e-global-color-secondary (post-7.css). Daran
        haengen 14 Flaechen: Fusszeile, Stapelkarten, Mobilmenue und vier
        Abschnitte der Startseite. Eine Zeile erledigt alle.
     2. Fest verdrahtet auf dem Element 6f97425 - dem grossen blauen Kasten,
        der auf beiden Startseiten (1808 und 1431) dieselbe Kennung traegt.
        Diese Regel kennt die Variable nicht und braucht ihre eigene.

   Warum hier und nicht im Elementor-Kit: eine Aenderung im Kit schreibt in
   _elementor_data und zieht alle vier Zwischenspeicher nach sich; hier ist
   es eine Zeile, sofort sichtbar und in einer Minute zurueckgenommen.
